Chinese Song Dynasty 13/14th Century Brown Glaze Jar

Item Description

Offered for sale is this fine Song dynasty (AD 960-1279) brown glazed jar.

Decorated with a crackled uneven brown slip glaze.

Condition

As far as I can see there is no damage (no chips and cracks) to the jar.  There is some wear which is commensurate with age.

Dimensions

Measures approximately 7 cm high and 8 cm wide.
